Do you Vape around kids. ( Poll )

I don't have kids in the house, but if I'm at my local football club or anywhere where kids are then yes, I see no reason not to.

My kids are older teenagers (15 & 17) and yes I do vape in the house and in front of them. I read lots of research and studies and believe there is nothing harmful about exhaled vapour.

Both sons hated that I smoked (didn't smoke inside) and love the fact I don't any more. They do take the mick out of how geeky & obsessive I've become about vaping though!!

I don't vape in shops, cafe's etc - mainly I think that's because I'd become so conditioned to not smoking anywhere, that it just doesn't occur to me! If young kids come to my house (which is very rarely) I'd probably take it on a case by case basis

Just to add to my earlier post... I was having tea tonight with the grandkids, and the eldest asked his Dad (who used to be a social smoker), why do people smoke?. He gave what I thought was a great reply... because they think it's cool, but it's not and all they're doing is following the crowd, like a sheep.

It made me think that he's already got friends that are trying it and wanted to find out more. I was tempted to bring up vaping but thought better of it as it would have confused him. I was even wanting to go out into the garden for a vape, but resisted and the urge soon wore off.

Went to the local park with the dog afterwards, and some footie. There was probably 50 or more people there, including kids having a great time. Not one was smoking or vaping, so my kit stayed in the car... nearly 5 hours without a vape, and no problems.

So, reinforcing my personal stance... to me, vaping has been a way of getting me off fags before it's too late, but I do not see it as a hobby and I still go to the 'smokers den' and will not do it in front of 'impressionable' people, regardless of age, just to prove a point. Sorry to those of you who think otherwise.
