Ah ok Dan my version (Lambo) does not have a o ring there, the screw just tightens up to the delrin, different clone different design i guess.

I've tried a different setup today, twisted 0.25 8 wraps round a 1.4mm screwdriver reading 1.1ohms. Resistance doesn't seem to jumping anymore and performing the best I've had it so far. I still think The vape could be better, have ordered some 0.4 to try in it. Another question for you all, what wick placement is best for good wicking? I've been doing the diagonal method, but I'm finding it struggles a bit to wick this way. Do any of leave the wicks outside of the grooves of the ceramic? Here's one i made earlier

I read somewhere to open the juice control fully open and then adjust until it stops gurgling. Seems to have done the trick, the flavour is so good now I think I need another one lol.

More than welcome. Running the coil straight ensures more even wicking in my opinion. I run most of mine fully open and then one full turn back. This is why i use a 4mm coil. Means i have enough wick present to stop it gurgling. mind you, all bar 2 of my juices are 40pg/60ag so thinner juices may need the chimney closing off a bit more.. They have the potential to be the perfect rba for flavour chasers.. just a case of setting them up correctly. More complex to master than the Kayfun but flavour is sooo much better!

Hey guys, had time to have a play today and have finally found some builds that seem to work exceptionally well.
I've messed about with all manner of twisted wires (made at least 20 different coils tonight) and I just wasn't getting the results, flavour was no where near what I'm used to.
I was pulling my hair out at this point and so i went back to trying parallel builds.
I've redone two so far.
1st one (my out and about on the vtr) uses a length of 0.25 and a length of 0.30. 4mm i/d, 4 wraps reading 1.1ohm. Doubled up rayon cellucotton pulled through with a piece of kanthal and trimmed tight to the threads of the cup. Fizzy Trifle 2 tasting just how it does in a dripper. Bliss!
Second one (on a sigelei 100w) uses 1 strand of 0.30 and 1 strand of 0.40. 4mm i/d again. 5 wraps reading 0.7ohms. Wicked same as the above. Red Astaire now tastes just as I remember it tasting in the Kayfun but with a bit more of a kick. B e a utiful!

On the one I'm using at the moment (twisted 0.25) my wicks come out of one slot then go back in the other fitting the ends in the juice well (so yes my wicks DO go outside the groove), I was expecting problems because obviously the chimney doesn't screw fully down but of course we adjust it UP anyway. It works great for me

Only problem i found is that it's very easy to flood the chamber when you refill if you can't temporarily close the juice off.. I did start with the diagonal coil and wicked it the same way as shown in the Eden Mods video but found flavour to suffer. Bigger coil with the cotton split gives great flavour as well as full control.. winnah!

I had that prob with one of my inserts enagee. Dont think the manufacturing is very consistent. Only thing i can suggest is either gently sand the outside down or contact Eden for a genuine. You can use it without. The ceramic is only there for the sub ohm nutters who create loads of heat
