I have been trying Lemon Sherbet flavour and really like it. You actually get a subtle fizz to the flavour. Does anyone know what is used to get that fizz? I thought other fruit flavours would be nice with that, but can only find it available with lemon

Thanks for the tip Perpetua, that could be an answer to it. Was also just thinking that it might be citric acid, like making home made sherbet? BTW the mixing has been a success so far and has lead to me finding a few more flavours I like. Butterscotch is one, and I have 100ml of CCW on its way to me. Going to try a butterscotch+custard mix 'custardscotch'. Also the lemon sherbet is nice and although its only in lemon, I thought grape or raspberry would still work well with it.

Surely Buttstard is a better name , I’ll get my coat.
