Royal Mail Ron. VAT has been around for some time. It doesn't always get levied, but it's a stinker when it does.

Royal Mail ron. The Post Office has no part in this. They charge for the admin involved paying HMRC. A bit steep, but what government department works on the cheap? Big pensions to pay.
