Nicvape's Nic Base... LOW price

1l for $38

Incredibly cheap at the moment, last time I ordered, the shipping was $36, so 1l for $73, which is about £45.  I did get stung with a customs charge last time, but that was only £17 (incl RM handling fee) and that was when it was $60 plus shipping, so would be less this time.

Now do I really need a 4th litre of nic base in the freezer

Is it that much cheaper though lairey . . . and I'm a huge fan of Nicvape's VG base, with being almost certainly guaranteed to attract a Customs/Handling charge.
