Ha, this statement tells all. A spokesman for Nicoventures said Voke would be priced "competitively" with 20-packs of regular cigarettes.

£8 fecking pounds for a cigalike No way would I use or recommend this to a smoker.

Nobody is going to fall for this for more than a couple of purchases.

The problem is if and when they get their feet partly under the table, they will set their sights on seeing everything non-approved banned.

We know the book, we know all the early chapters. We just don't know the end yet.

They won't work. They won't sell to anyone less than a tycoon or dumb enough not to see how crap they are. They'll fail (other than free monthly prescriptions).

We ain't gonna lose our e-cigs. There's too many of us using them. They're proven to help stop smoking. Banning them will just drive them and us underground, and out of the reach of regulation and taxes. I laff in their faces, cos that's all they're worth.

What really gets me is that if these pieces of rubbish get prescribed we will be paying for them whether we like it or not.

Not for long though. Folks might get them for 2 weeks or whatever and then have to fend for themselves...

I object to BAT even getting a fortnight of subs from the NHS.

Plus Very few doctors and SSS will suggest the vaping alternatives (Hampshire &  Leicester being the only exceptions) so once the prescriptions expires they are paying BAT. Unless they realise they have been sold a pup.

We all have to hope that people who get into whatever this product is do go looking elsewhere.

Most NRT users go back to smoking. (94% I heard) and if just 10% try e-cigs because this is crap, that's a huge step forward.

Having used inhalers and sprays, these wont work or sell very well. They really do taste disgusting and when it hits your throat it is really hard not to cough, talk about throat hit !! I was on a throat spray type when my lad bought me a double ego kit at £45 . It was like chalk and cheese and I like cheese
