to go through a week? in the 28 days ive been vaping ive gone through 40mls, grated 20 of these where zero ones so don't count is this an excessive amount or normal?

Probably because i love it so much and have been vaping mad because its new. i was smoking about 12 cigs a day before.

I'd say that's about right if u ask me , I go though about 10-15ml over just under 2 weeks but more if I've have a drink

I average around 3ml a day.

I would'nt worry about the ammount you vape as your body will soon let you know if you overdo it.

Also this vaping habit is a little different to when you smoked as it's a more leasurely habit, that is that sometimes you might vape a lot, or pretty constant, as opposed to other times when you might only take a few puffs and wait a while.

Think I'm doing about 4ml a day at the mo which is higher than it used to be but that may be because I've recently switched from 30mg to 24mg juice and presumably my little nicotine receptors monsters aren't quite ready to go on a diet yet.

Around 2.5 to 3ml for me - a bit more on the odd days I use a tank...

i usually go through 50ml a month or there abouts - sometimes it's more sometimes it's less - I vape more when i'm off work (you also vape more when your watching vaping videos damn you scott and grimm lol)

50ml which from vapourworld (very good supplier) is nearer 55ml, 55ML 24mg PG lasts me 14 to 17 days.

im a little surprised really as i dont real consider myself a heavy user but it seems little higher than those who have posted so far.

Yeah its true, some days and I do it when watching Scott's videos vape like a trooper and zero nicotines too heavier. I wouldn't worry Raggy, its still better than smoking, thats how I view it and if you feel much better, it has to be better.

Never checked tbh, not that much though I shouldn't think as I don't buy juice that often, just seems to last a long time. Interesting though, I will try and keep an eye on it in the new yr :-)
