linkAnyone used or can comment on the above, is it safe etc. I spend 10hrs aday at my CAD computer so would save me charging batteries all the time, I just leave it on my desk with some jiuce in my pro tank. Going through 7ml of juice aday so always charging something.

You mean a USB pass through? Or the one which has no battery just plugs in to USB?

I know it's quite a bit more money, but what about an eleaf istick? Nice and small and VW up to 20W. Can be used as a passthrough, so could just plug it into your USB port and carry on vaping, but not tied to your laptop all the time and battery life lasts well over a day.

I use one of those all the time at the lappie, to save my other batts for when I go out. They work well for what they are. I have my Vaporshark & one of those on the go right now. lol

That's it a "USB pass through" if I'm spending half my life next to a usb then why waste batteries for now about £3.... Going through 2no. 2200mah aday at the moment.
Got a VTR, cool fire and spinner, none have pass through but have ordered an MVP 2 from fasttech which has pass through. Is it ok to use the passthrough all day or am I better letting a £3 device do the work/blow up first....!

I have two of the said items which I bought from vapingthings, had them now about 18months and they still work, but I use my itaste vv3 at the computer all the time now with no problems.

An itaste VV3 is probably the best pass through device I've had - slimline and any size of micro USB lead will work so you don't have to be too hunched up next to the lappy's USB port

I used one of these for months, then it gave up the ghost. I have a replacement on the way from FT. I love not having to charge my batteries except for going out. Definitely a good buy.
Just check that your usb is putting out 2 amps, I use mine from a powered usb hub, as I fear damage to the computers main power circuit [it's a bit old].

Just check that your usb is putting out 2 amps, . 2 amps from a usb port standard USB and USB2 deliver 0.5Amp current... they're not iphone chargers

i think standards are: usb 2.0 = 500ma usb 3.0 = 900ma but usb ports on pcs/laptops are rated to 1.5amp, and some laptops have 'fast charging ports' on them nowadays
