Ecomomical way of filling DC cartos.

I don't like using syringes either, but I find these are very good for filling things like DC cartos. You can get one of these in more or less anywhere instead of a syringe.

Thanks perpy. So I gather the drops go in the open end, then put carto, battery end down, into the GW & slowly spin?

Filling DC's and Carto's is really easy with a Whiz type device.

Just stick one of the condoms off the cartomiser onto the battery end (loosely - leaving a void to collect juice).

Then add drops into the wadding as you normal would.

If you're using a thin (PG Heavy) liquid, you might get 15-20 drops in a DC before it stops soaking into the wadding without any help.

Once it starts to pool on the wadding, just stick it into the Whiz (condom end first) and give it a slowish spin (10-12 rotations should do it), then take a look at the top of the wadding and it should be free of surface liquid.

Add a few more drops and repeat until the first couple of drops come out of the battery end.

To empty the carto, just spin it a lot faster

Have given the filling of cartos a go in the GW & it certainly does the job. Exactly what it says on the tin (so to speak).

Will give the spikey things a try aswell.
