3 weeks and order still not delivered

in the pass i have ordered from the vape mesh company,made an order over the phoned for wicks and a1 wire phoned them countless times that my order is still not delivered ,emailed from there site page no reply phoned them on monday they said i should get the new order by wednesday ,stillnt delivered grrrrrrrr has this happened to anyone else .

Never had a problem with them.
I place an order and usually get it next day.

Ask them to send it out recorded delivery for proof of purchase or open a PayPal dispute!!

Have nothing but good things to say about them though TBH

Ye they sent my oder to anouther member a while bk took merely 20 days till I got it.
Other members did message me as well saying they had similar probs in past.
It will get to you email and ring daily till they get the message.

have been phoning them daily spoke to a bloke called chris said it must be lost will post a new order, he said i should get it by wed but it dose your head in phoning all the time,

I've had a bout 10 orders with them and every one has been spot on, arrives within a couple of days, not sure why anyone is having issues. I usually order online though.

Had five or so orders from them and all arrived within a day or so of ordering but you only really find out how good or bad a company is when things go wrong.

Glad to hear you got it in the end buddy, did they take responsibility and apologise for it?

I had an order with unionvape go missing, they actually resent it recorded delivery and then refunded me my payment to try and rectify the cock up! Was actually really impressed with them

i am very happy they doubled up on the wire and an extra 2 meters of wick,should do me a while

Hmmm all I got when they royally screwed my order up was one of them mini roll of 0.15 mm wire ( as useful as a chocolate fireguard to a vaper lol )

I put an order in with fasttech on 28th September I checked it yesterday and hasn't been shipped so I emailed them asking if it was going to be shipped or shall I cancel it

they replied saying we have done as requested and cancelled order would you like a refund to pp or gift certificate

ffs I didn't even tell them to cancel

Ive only had 1 order from vapemesh & the ekowool I ordered was missing from the order & they usually chuck in a free spool of wire which wasnt there either (although i couldnt really complain about the free spool) I did email them about the ekowool & it took a week for them to reply, but give em their due theyve agreed/promised to sort me out next time I order.....whatever that means...lol

I ordered a hana clone from FT which said it took 7 days to ship from point of order.....2 weeks later (still not shipped) I emailed them & they said they we're having supplier problems & it would be another 7-10 days or would I like a refund, So I said I'll have the refund.....the next day the complete order was marked as shipped!

Need to be sure they have everything in stock or they'll hold the order back till they do
