I've just got the istick its a fab little mod only had it a few days so far but no problems what so ever can't tell you about 3.2 as that is far to weak for me prefer 3.7 upwards depending on the flavour side am vaping at any particular timbut would recommend the istick but you need to have a micro charger as it doesn't come with one a mobile phone or kindle charger work well and batty lasts me a couple of days before charging up

I've gone for a red Eleaf istick.  I've got micro chargers (same as MVP/Itaste VV right?)
Will the Iclear 16s work on the istick?

Yes, the MVP/iTaste chargers will work fine And yes, your iClear 16s will work as well.

I have the "red" one too... you do know it's not red at all, but a really bright pink?

Anything with a 510 connector is fine (aspire nautilus & mini, protank (not mini) vivi nova etc)

It won't come with an adapter then.  They're only cheap though... link  You need the 510 to ego.

The k1 will need the ego adapter, the nautilus holds more juice, I think they both are the bottom vertical coils but I think they are slightly different so not interchangable coils.

Mine came with the adapter got mine from heaven gifts
The red is actually fushia pink a dark pink not a pale colour
I have a pro tank 3 on mine without needing to use the adapter
