....Who all were up at the crack of mid morning to order your new Provari P3?
It is almost 2 years now since I bought my last Provari and that has been under House Arrest since.
Well this morning I did drag my weary body from its Bug Bag, crawl to the PC and bleary eyed, manage to navigate my way (just) to order the P3.
Now it is Hunt the Postie time before a week of trying to get my 2 brain cells around the multitude of instruction that will come with the darned thing.

I couldn't not own one of these Will probably see a lot of use till the DNA40 sharks get here I still have a MK1 provari which I ordered direct from provape back when they came out, it sits there in its graphite wrap looking forlorn as I reach past it for something else It does get use now and again though. quite what I'm expecting from the P3 is anyones guess

If I calculate all the things that I have bought which are vaping-related in the last 6 months, juice and ingredients included, and also including things that have been bought and are in transit, I don't think it would total more than the Provari 3. Whilst I would love to say that I own one, I really can't see the day when I earn enough to be able to justify that sum of money on just one item. Even if I wanted one. I can appreciate that they are superbly made, will do what they say they will do for years, etc., but I have to be honest and say that they are not my top priority right now.

Hi chykensa, It is precisely why <<< they are superbly made, will do what they say they will do for years, etc., >>> that I just had to have one. I have not spent anything vape wise for quite a few months now as I bought most of my kit and chemicals in year one and apart from topping up here and there, vaping has cost me very little for over a year now. Anything I do buy has to be done on the basis that it will last for years rather than weeks or months. Hopefully the new Attys that will fit the P3 head on the new Provari will also be of high quality and with a long life.

lobeydosser - that makes perfect sense to me, as the saying goes, "buy cheap, buy twice!". Regrettably I don't have to option to 'buy expensive', and my tastes change so often that it's probably just as well; that way I can satisfy my retail wanderlust by picking up cheaper options when I have the spare dosh and not lose too much if I change my mind. Hope the P3 lives up to your expectations

I stopped drinking alcohol about 28 years ago and whilst there was probably an improvement in our savings at that time, it wasn't particularly noticeable. Then again we were both working and we had a couple of mortgages on the go so money was coming in and going out and we were just treading water.
However stopping smoking was a whole different ball game. Different circumstances ofcourse. Now we are both retired, money, whilst not strictly tight, pensions do not go as far as we would like them to and me smoking 40 a day did put a strain on our income. So to suddenly getting presented with an extra 100 odd quid a week yet still enjoying my nicotine kick was Manna from Heaven.
Personally I find that even mid priced MODs do not last for the time that I expect them to. Perhaps I expect too much, but at 40, 50 or 60 quid, I do expect to get more than a year's worth of vaping from them. So paying 3 or 4 times that and still for less than 2 weeks of cigarettes money, puts the new Provari into perspective, for me.
