Leave something extra for new batteries. The P3 performs best on decent batteries (as I have found out to my cost!). I've got 4 vtc4s on rotation at the minute all about a month old. I'm semi-tempted to get some 18500s for the p3 if I do get it.

Personally I prefer 18650's in the P3.
I have 8 of these in rotation, but only one shows 90+% when it comes off the charger and into the P3. Another 3 read as between 70% & 90%. The rest are between 50% & 70%.
So I guess I will need to invest in some new batteries.
I use a Nautilus Aspire on the P3 and that will last me all day, so it is a bit pointless to not have batteries in it that will equally last me all day.

I find the P3 in 18500 size ideal. AWImr tend to last me all day at work but as said some batteries and losing their capacity to hold full charge due to age.
I always carry two spare batteries with me anyway so I find the mid size just about right

I've always been an 18650 kinda guy but I'm tempted to test out the smaller form factor. If I have one in the mod and one in the bag I can't see myself running out. Maybe if I get it I'll just rock the 18650s for now and see how I get on

Yet on the instructions that come with the P3, they suggest that you replace this spring every 6 months!!!!

I find with an 18490 using it 30 mins to work, 30 mins lunch, 30 mins driving home @ 20W on a Kanger Turbo with a 0.9 ohm coil, that it's usually about 10% or less by the time I get home. So I now carry a spare 18490. Clouds going to work, lovely jubbly.
Edit : but now my windscreen has a film (after 2 weeks)! Like watching everything through a bit of fog. Time to get the cloff out...

Flipping eck, this thing EATS batteries. Using 18490s, with a 0.9 quad core Protank Turbo, on my third battery today. Clouds come at a cost
