just about....
been seriously ill both physically and mentally for the last what feels like an eternity. Im not going to go into details but it wasnt pretty and I wasnt on this planet or in this dimension even.
Anyway im on the mend, still not 100% but well enough to be up and about to get back to my training.
still happily vaping away although nic level has increased somewhat from 6-8 to 24mg in the kayfun and 3-5 to 12 on the dripper. Stressfull times so I think I can be forgiven lol.

thought you hadn't posted for a while Steve, sorry to hear you've been under the weather and relieved to hear you're slowly improving  Take it easy and who cares about nicotine levels, you haven't gone back on the smokes so that's great news that you can cope OK and just up your nicotine in times of stress, we've missed you |
