I've killed my pink/red little beauty

After a comedy of errors on friday night involving a witch, a cat, a male variety person and a very nice glass of   my beloved istick ended up in the bottom of said  . I gave it a good shake (the istick) but it was deaded, put it in a bag of rice in airing cupboard and now it is showing some signs of life but only when it is on usb lead, but it will not 'fire'. Is there anything else i can do or is it just a matter of getting another   and just sobbing.

Maybe unscrew bottom and leave loose if you can and try get some scilica crystals to absorb more fluid.
Only other option is to dissasembke , clean board with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol.

They look like star head bits unfortunately I'm stuck upstairs with little one and no decent light to check with.

Ooops, my daughter did exactly the same with her 1st itaste vv, no amount of drying out saved it but its always worth giving it a try

Your comedy of errors tale sounds fun though! at the end of the day least its your istick which went for a dunk and not a more expensive mod. Heres hoping you can resusitate it back to life, it is halloween......so a spell may work!

Oh dear!
I put my ego types in an empty glass and often nearly dunk them in my wine glass, mind you I seem to have killed off 5 with batteries not charging!

On wednesday i was finally going to consign this little beauty to the box of doom, but couldn't resist putting on a mini protank and having one last try and beggar me she burst into life, i'm sure the whole street heard me shout YESSSSSSSSSSSS !!!
