Bought a Nautilus for Dolly because she is getting sick of her Kayfun clone leaking, well that was a mistake, a whole tank of Raspberry Dodge leaked out over night, it spits and gurgles, I have cleaned, tightened an blown to not effect.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue or of another tank not prone to these failings that uses same coils cos I got a heap more on there way from FT (and gulp a Nautilus clone for myself).
I just want a tank that give a decent vape is reliable and requires no faffing about.
Cheers

Taifun gt. I've said it a million times! Easy to coil, easy to fill! Just remember to pull chimney up until 'click' before filling (I'm still forgetting!)

I have 2 nautilus minis, they gurgle very rarely and I have never had any leaking. Where is it leaking from? Is it a clone? I know everyone is different but I really love my mini nauties and have no problems compared to my protanks (2 & mini 2 & 3)

I don't like things that don't work out of the box. Cheers

If it is leaking out of the airflow ring that suggests the coil is not fitting in to the base properly and juice is getting down past the coil. Not very experienced so don't want to teach grandmother to suck eggs etc but have you tried another coil, I finger tighten the coil in place and give it a tighten each time I refill. Sorry probably not much help, it is difficult without seeing it, hopefully someone with a bit more experience will have some better advice.

Sounds like a dud head or a seal that isn't sealing somewhere. Try taking it completely apart and making sure everything is screwed together right.
I have a nautilus that works great, I use the bvc heads and apart from some condensation build up when I chain vape I have 0 problems with it. The bdc heads are not nearly as good.

I had the same problem with the coil head already fitted to my Nautilus, changed it to the other one that came in the box & end of leaking

I have 1 Nautilus & 10 minis.
Until yesterday the only leaks have been from 2 heads that I had recoiled.
Yesterday I found one of the minis leaking. Found the seal in the upper hardware was stuck to the glass tank. Reassembled but it still leaked. Took it apart again but split the seal when taking it out to put it back tother side up. So not sure if that was the problem.

I have gone over exclusively to aerotanks (or the Focal clones called zeros). Not a gurgle, leak, or dry hit on any of them, ever. They take standard kanger heads and are a dream

I tried some of them FT heads and they were truly awful, they caused leaking and the juice never tasted like it should The proper nautilus and the genuine heads however are a fantastic vape and they don't leak through normal usage.

I've had this internal leaking with 2 Nautis using one batch of coils (pack of 5). No dis-/re-assembling would help. I've given up on them, its now Kanger all the way for me.

I'm with blakey. Have you been to the Aspire site to check your tanks are genuine? Have you also checked the replacement heads are genuine? I've had the fake heads and they are sh**e. Never had an issue with the genuine article. You also have to take into consideration the device you're using it on. If it's not VV/VW, or if it's set up wrong then coils with higher resistance won't get hot enough to vape the juice properly and you'll get a buildup!! A bigger air hole helps too. If you have it set with too low an airflow you'll be pulling more juice into the head every time you take a toke. The airflow doesn't just control the air, it also controls the juice:air ratio.

This whole thread is stressing me. I got 2 x mini Nautilus on August 2nd (Vapefest) and have run them for 3 months on the original boxed heads (was that 4 in total?) plus 4 more. 8 heads in 3 months on two tanks. Not a leak to report. I have 4 packs of 'genuine' heads on the way from FT. Are they going downhill already? Someone on ECF said they'd had to bin an entire 5 pack of duds with genuine scratch-off codes.
