I am having a problem with fasttech.
I honestly feel as though I am banging my head against a wall, and don't know what to say to them to get it sorted out.
I placed an order in July which was split. The first parcel was sent and I received it fine.
The second parcel has still not arrived.
It was sent out on 19th July, and tracking shows it arrived in the UK on 3rd August. The UK tracking shows not yet delivered.
Fasttech said they had made enquiries with the post 29th August.
On October 5th they asked me to wait a few more days. Today they have asked me to wait two more weeks.
It is of very little value, but that is not the point, it was sent on 19th July, tracking shows nothing, I don't have it yet, and it is now 6th November.
I just don't know what to say to them, they just keep saying please wait.

I'd just state that you have waited a reasonable amount of time and if no refund you will have no choice but to put in a claim via PayPal.

It's frustrating, but make sure that you start a paypal dispute before your 180 days are up, IIRC you have 30 days after starting a dispute before you have to escalate it, just don't mention e-cigs.

No, not yet, I'm hoping their reply which should be by Monday will be the end of it now, but I have told them I will start a claim if not. Well actually I told them what you said above

sammy13 did your order by any chance contain batteries? If so it's probably gone by boat which can take up to 16 weeks to arrive, from when the ship left port that is!!

I'd tell them your starting claim, tracking at this end is useless, RM only tell you when its been delivered, bit useless when your waiting but typical of their useless service. By all accounts FT quite good on these things if you have patience.

I would just claim, it`s unlikely to appear now They will always try to put you off as I have learned. It`s beyond patience really now

They might offer you 5% off your next order. Claim now, negotiate later if you want to

I had something similar with a split order back in April Sammy . . . the first part turned up fine, the other part went AWOL. Stupid me, because it was under $10 I didn't bother making a claim before the deadline . . . anyhow, it became a matter of principle and I persisted contacting them via the ticket.
Finally 3 months later, they gave me a choice of replacing the order or a discount code to the value.
Now, I'd just start a claim as I got really fed up being fobbed off.
