Hubby has been busy with the mixing cupboard and has made up a liquid that smells absolutely divine. Now he really wants to try it out so he's looking for any advice on how tocut bback the steeping time. He has never been the most patient of people in the first place so my life would be a little bit easier if anyone has anytried and tested ideas

What flavour is it he's itching to try. Won't hurt to give it a little go and see what it's like.

Won't hurt to try it, got a Dripper to try it on. That way you won't waste must if it does need more seeping. Not tried that flavour but I know tangerine dream took a while to steep. Suck it and see I'd say

By all means try it winnietyson, but generally dessert type flavours do need a few weeks to really mature so neither of you be too disheartened if it's not great yet

Will do igual but I need to get the hubby to write it down for me first. Plus it might be an idea for us to try it out beforehand.

The best one I've read about is where a guy would gaffa tape his bottles to the inside rim of his alloy car wheel. No idea if it works and I wouldn't be brave enough to try it but thought it was quality

There have been many, many ideas put forward to speed the steeping time. NONE OF THEM WORK. The only thing that achieves proper steeping is time. He wouldn't try speeding up a vintage wine or cask-aged whisky, so why try it with e-juice??
Experienced mixers make small, regular batches rather than huge one-offs, so that they always have stuff coming to the end of steeping time.
Chocolate, like custard, needs several weeks to come into it's own.

it is possible - I had to speed-steep a batch of my RY4, normal steep time min 2 weeks, got it thereabouts in 36hrs 1. put juice in brown glass meds bottle, then put bottle in a mug. 2. boil kettle and fill mug around the bottle. 3. once it's cooled to lukewarm, give the bottle a good shake, take the top off the bottle for a few minutes then replace. 4. repeat 4-5 cycles in 24-36 hrs and it should be near enough
