I have to agree with thatguy posting on a vendors board is all well and good. but a more targeted approach would have been appreciated.

Maybe there should be a separate board for Product safety issues/ incorrect labelling/Product Recall's

looking back over the past 10 years there appears to be 76 such recalls or products ( some of these are not e-cig items if you do a search on e-cig you get different results ) withdrawn from sale but do a search on this forum indicates other than the IPV3 wiring issue and this issues most Product safety issues/ incorrect labelling/Product Recall's go unnoticed

Well done on this, sorry Ash your customer service better than profits, my MVP you sold me in an emergency 18 months ago still working fine, does not help profits selling good products really lol. All the best.
