Storm to hit Canary Islands - on alert - battening down now

Oh dear, we've been put on a serious weather alert throughout the whole of the Canary Islands. A storm is apparently approaching us from the west hitting La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma first and then travelling east through to Tenerife and the rest of the islands.

We've been told to batten down everything from 4pm today as we don't exactly know what time it'll be hitting this island.

At the moment we've got brilliant sunshine with a few white clouds forming, but we can see black clouds coming in from over the famous mountain of El Teide.

Might have to turn off computer if we start to get lightning flashes

But remember normally lightning as well, big ariel on roof, charge an istick 2 seconds, could also create a man for you if you read Shellys Frankenstein, now theres a thought in the dark for you
