I dare you both to double order. Get a zero and your usual, do a half and half mix to try it out and then you still have your 11/12mg to drop back to. You won't even notice - it's all in the mind. I found no difference at all.

IF YOU ONLY CRAVE FOR SOMETHING ONCE YOU REALISE YOU HAVEN'T HAD IT, HOW CAN THAT BE A PHYSICAL ADDICTION? This question was posted on the Totally Wicked forum when someone started to vape 0% nicotine without realising it. They happily vaped all day without craving nicotine, and were so amazed, have continued with the 'experiment' and are now a 0% nicotine vaper.

This was in the TW email I got, but I couldn't log into the forum.

Don't know if I'm ready to go fully commando just yet Rolo, not whilst I'm still dealing with the GP and dealing without complaints about H&B's prunes being too firm. What your prunes are too firm can't be having that Perps Damm cheek they had Bel . . . my prunes are not too firm. > It's partly the placebo thing I'd imagine with the 0mg Rolo . . . I'll maybe give it a go, but I'll have to build up to it.

Been 0mg since.... I dunno, early last year, I think. Not a withdrawal symptom in sight - I promise!

I'd suggest try 0mg for 1 day.
That's how I stopped smoking - by just trying an ecig for 1 day (and never went back), Same was for the 0mg juice.
