Hi guys,

Would just like to thank Ash at myepack for the wonderful service today.

I bought an IPOW 2 from them 2 weeks ago and yesterday it decided not to charge up properly. I contacted Myepack using the form on their site. I got an e-mail back at silly O'clock this morning to say that I should return it and they would replace. When I looked up their address I noticed it wasn't that far from me. I phoned themand asked if I could return it in person. Ash said that would be OK. I now have a new IPOW 2 that is working just fine.

I have to say they have never let me down. I have ordered coils, liquid, an MPV2 and couple of batteries from them, all have arrived the next day.

They also offer some of the best value I have seen, particularly when compared to some of the better known online vendors out there.
