Can I just add, on top of vaping menthol, try adding a few (3 or 4) drops of your menthol concentrate to a large bowl of steaming hot water & breathe. I had a cold a few weeks back, had nothing here, tried that as I had some made up & it was perfection & cheap! Just as good as Vick or Olbas etc....

I always used to joke that smoking kept colds away.......apart from the odd one or two......however, since quitting and just vaping..........so far........touching a huge lump of wood...........I don't seem to have had a cold........coincidence? Isn't PG some sort of bug killer? Or is that asking too much?
However, menthol, mint, lemon, cherry make nice vapes for colds

I have my first cold in 2 1/2 years since stopping smoking and I am a menthol vaper but it's not helping me at the moment, even joose juice's medium menthol and boy thats strong stuff lol, mines mainly a sore throat and a bit of a tight chest and runny nose, don't like the chesty bit as I have not had one single chest infection since March 2012 and I was having about 4 a year, so hope it doesn't turn into one,a few days on the Beecham's should sort it .

I agree with the vaping menthol thing, I have a bottle of strong 16mg Blackcurrant Menthol juice kept in reserve for such cases.
I am sorry to say that I do remember Karvol capsules and Victory Vs - used to eat far too many of those and my burps tasted of them for days afterwards!

Smoking and colds - I used to get about 3 or 4 colds a year, and they almost always went onto my chest meaning that I could hardly inhale on a fag (but still did!) without a severe coughing fit. Touch wood, but so far this year I haven't had a single cold - a runny nose or a sore throat for a day, perhaps, but nothing more than that. I'm not sure how much the PG thing has to do with it, but I'm convinced that smoking tobacco was causing more problems than it was solving!

- these were the little devils; I seem to remember that they tasted a bit like what I would imagine petrol would taste like! That, or some sort of cellulose thinners! Certainly cleared out the sinuses though!

 I believe years back, they removed one of the ingredients...can't remember what or why, but they don't taste the same!

 That's bugging me now...I need to know  ???

Indeed, this is s very good vape when you have a cold, the thing is when you have a cold, it feels like you have a cold so naturally you want medicine lol this really tastes like taking the lockers themselves, it has the bonus of some menthol and, I was able to taste the ingredients unlike my usual vapes. Didn't cure my cold of course but do give it a try, very comforting!
