I have a very similar story. My wife ordered a Vaporshark DNA40 for my christmas it said on the website Pre Order but it also said in stock. Payed through Paypal. No info after a day or two. I emailed them and was told yesterday that it would be out for delivery today. Guess what, no delivery no email to say it has been despatched. I will contact them again on Monday to see what happened to my delivery.

I bought an XTAR VP4 from them about a month ago, arrived a few days later & no problems......but will keep in mind all the info here if I ever think about buying from them again.

The local store in Camden is a joke and was revoked from selling juice by two manafacturers for breaking rrp and also the way they store the juice..... lol.....trust me he hasn't got a clue.......I can guarantee the juice and mods are 100% legit.

If you have to buy local go to the one in fortess rd (Kentish town) or vape emporium Hampstead

I don't know for sure but I think when it says pre order and in stock this is just so they only sell the amount that is comming in and this avoids over selling like cloud9 and safercigs did with the kick by evolve.

Trust me nothing worse than thinking you won the f5 battle to only find out your getting a refund a few days later

I love Vape Emporium - it used to be my local, but I moved down closer to town. The guy on the Camden High Street does seem nuts, but I'm addicted to Halo's Voodoo (after a year of only DIY juice) at whatever crazy price he sells it. The shop on Fortess Road is a bit out of my way on weekdays - you'd recommend it? I'm actually very near to the one on York Way but I went in when he opened and he was totally clueless.

UkEcigStore say they are going to investigate and if it is proved to their satisfaction the will refund and issue a recall for the VTC5s apparently.
