Just simple rice flavour i look for. Thought of trying to make an extract but rice is full of starch , couldn't work out any way...

one of my favourite sweet dish , a type of rice pudding. I've found all the other ingredients except those two stated.

Recon that sweet rice might be what your after then not Manny rice pudding ones about.
If it works would be good to try.

I will try the British rice pudding flavour as well though it has a bit more ingredients. It's close , maybe trying tweaking a bit the british recipe to create a greek one...hm...

You have had some great advice above. Will be very interested in giving your recipe a try once you have perfected it.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Athens and Spetses this summer and still my Greek is as limited as chykensa 's, although I can add yammas to my limited vocabulary.
