510 is the standard, and has been for a long time. Provari have tried a poke at the market with their P3 mod, so far only the Kayfun 4 is out with a dedicated P3 connector. For the rest of the world (i.e. everyone) there's 510.

Do you need an ego charger? Bobsbeer if so - I have a couple here I can post a new one on to you, and I can spare an iclear 16 and coil so feel free to pm me with your address and I'll post them on so you can charge up reddragon offered batteries
*edit* I've a pair of aspire bdc tanks and pack of coils I can pop in parcel too. They have 510 connection so you can use on batteries with a beauty ring

This is what this forum's famous for, Bobsbeer, kindness and generosity of spirit and deed. Kudos to Pepperty and reddragon for their very kind offer of some real 510 kit to get you started.
I feel really sorry for you; you bought what you thought was a good kit, and spent a considerable amount of money on it. Now, you find that it is only compatible with the over-priced equipment that TW sell, and you are tied to them if you want to continue using it.
Once you have something that will take a 510 fitting (which is almost everything else!!), you will be free to try all sorts of other atties, all of them sith the same fitting.
The Spinner batteries are great as a step up, but consider buying something like a Vamo or an iStick when funds allow. The main advantage of these bigger batteries is they take a larger charge, and therefore keep you vaping for longer between visits to your charging station! A Spinner should last the majority of a day, depending of course on your vaping rate, and with two, you will have one charging (not unattended, of course), whilst you enjoy the other one.
Let us know how you get on, and how the vape compares to your TW device, out of interest.

Offer still stands if Bob wants some more tanks to start him off, I have a few knocking about here that'll suit beginners 

My own beginner, the evil teen' wont lower herself to anything less than mini protanks <v2 and above>  ???

Definitely yes. Even though they're pretty exclusive to TW, would be interesting to know if they're actually any good!

hahahha, reddragon I found FOUR! I only have one random massive rainbow spinner I bought in classies, so how have I got so many chargers...my vape box (wardrobe/store cupboard) is a magical mystery tour each time I delve in.....

Wow you lot are so kind and generous. I don't know what to say really. Certainly not what I expected when I posted the thread. To be honest Pepperty I don't know what I need. I'm not sure what reddragon is sending, so adding to it just yet is probably just collecting stuff. We don't have a vaping shop (other than TW) locally, so I have been spending time online. And the more I look the more I'm confused about all the different gear you can get. So having some other gear to play with will be a big step, and hopefully set me on the right path. The E Lectron unit has worked so far, and while it maybe a crock of poo, it has stopped me smoking for 18 days. When we bought these units I thought I wouldn't buy the cheapest and plumped for something in the middle working on the principal you get what you pay for with most things. So wanted one that would at least work. Which in fairness it does. But from what I'm reading, there is working and there is working.

Best stock up on your juice, Bobsbeer, I have a feeling that your consumption may increase over the next few weeks as you try out all the goodies soon to be winging their way to you.
BTW, it's not called "just collecting stuff" - we have a name for that, and that is 'shinyitis'. The collection of unneccesary but nice looking gear, often through the classifieds or from Chinese online vendors, and all the abovementioned gear has plenty of stainless steel or colour on view, making it look even more attractive.
However, please don't worry, we all do it to a greater or lesser extent, and it at least means that you always have backups for fall back on in case of emergency *he said whilst holding crossed fingers behind his back*
