I don't gamble. Well, we've had it then. I have about £4.68 left from Asda, how much have you got? Can we afford a VTR duvet? ???

Have a week off tea or coffee... you'll be amazed at how your body responds. I see people at work now psyched to the nines after their nth cup of the day. It's great being zen at work EditFromExperience : After day 3 or 4, when I was zonked out and nearly falling asleep (I should have not tried this in a new job, lol) the zen'ness kicked in. The first 3 days are detox days, don't get into drinking tea or coffee then, you'll get past it. Plus sleeping like a baby is worth its weight in gold

One of my best friends is a complete chocoholic, takes three sugars in her tea and can't stand sweet eliquid.

The first 3 days are detox days, don't get into drinking tea or coffee then, you'll get past it. Plus sleeping like a baby is worth its weight in gold I gave up all stimulants for 3 months a while back, no tea, coffee, alcohol and nicotine. I also changed my diet and avoided processed food. I also tried to exercise more by walking more, taking stairs instead of lifts etc. I had bad headaches for 3-4 days and felt like sh1t but by the end of the 3 months the change was dramatic. As davetherayon said there were positive improvements in all areas of my life. As someone once said doing that may or may not make you live longer, but it will sure feel like it I have to say it was quite boring.

Based on what has been said above I decided to decrease the amount of sugar in my drinks of coffee and the ejuice is getting more flavoursome so if you use sugar you seem to be missing out on taste

I can't tick a box for the poll coz there ain't one refers to my drinking habits Ok, no sugar in tea but I do take 3 brown sugars in coffee (with the minutest few grains of coffee I might add otherwise too strong) I do like dessert e-liquid, or at least have done in the past but just of late (last couple of months) all I seem to vape is either Red Astaire or Ice Menthol, so I think I've gone off the dessert flavours now Edit: Oh & forgot to say, mostly I drink ice cold milk (no sugar) or strawberry/banana milkshakes yummy

No sugar in tea or coffee. But I do like strong coffee I'm talking two spoons of coffee per mug, or the proper stuff home ground

Milk in tea, strongish, no sugar. Milk coffee, 1 spoon brown sugar, and sometimes a spoon full of Coffee Mate....I do spoil myself. Milk is full fat lardy blue top milk.
I like sweet juices, i.e. Custard flavours (Isle of Custard), and other flavours like Banoffe Pie etc. Not in to tobacco flavours, or single fruit flavours, apple, pineapple etc....still got quite a few half used and un-touched.
