I don't understand these devices... what's the standard set-up? There is a tank which feeds ??? (normally).

Pepperty understands them, I've seen her tooting on an original.

I like the look of that and i'm pretty sure I have a few cartos around, standard 35mm boges?

also what batteries would be recommended for this?

16340 Karma? By the look of it, you can put anything on this one, not just cartos , has a 510 connector thingy

As a long time billet box lover I'm so tempted.

They seem to have two different models one that comes with the 510 extension that means you can screw on an atty - Why choose this style of device if you aren't going to make use of it's internal tank.

The other come with a billet bridge clone which makes more sense to me.

And of all the funky colour schemes ... what made them choose brown!

I put one straight in the shopping trolley but keep on thinking I should hold onto that dream of getting an original which would be about £100 more.

uhu its my mainstay device, I use diver v2 enezlis rebuildable carto's in my tanks.

I rather love the taste you get with a ceramic build, it emphasises subtle tastes. Each tank can hold 7ml and because its a pair of 16340 batteries ( or icr 123) battery life is 1500mAh which isn't bad at all!

I just use ready made fasttech nr-r-nr coils, thread Japanese cotton through, line up with slots, put legs through ceramic holes, one into the pin end, one to side to trap on base and then fit ceramic into base (which is the fiddly faffy bit) then its just a case of running the cotton down sides so that when top part screws on the cotton runs to the slots on top section. Lets put it this way, its easier to do than protank heads!
