Hi guys,
I'm brand new to the forum and brand new to E-Ciggies and haven't yet bought any E-Liquid. I'd be really grateful for recommendations that are close-ish to a real tobacco experience. I really like Amber Leaf roll ups so anything close-ish would be great. Look forward to your replies!
Regards, Mike

I smoked Amber leaf, sometimes GV, Drum light, even loose Dutch blends... (no, not those...)
Sadly, I didn't get on with Pipe Sauce... sure, at first it was quite nice, but the enthusiasm soon wore off.
I would say don't go splashing the cash on big bottles. I wasted too much money doing this. The most sensible thing is to order a load of samples from Smoker Rainbow.

I Only Vape Baccy Flavours (I Have Had a Go at Fruits/Sweeties/Mum's Cream Tea et al...Just Made Me Want a Roll-Up!!) IMHO; House of Liquid Make the Ultimate Juices (Ain't Cheap Tho'...) Try Their 'Cigarillos' or 'Virginia Prime'. I've Also Been Thru' a Coupla Doz. Samples From SmokeRainbow...Pricey Per 1ml. But a Great Way of Trying Loadsa Different Juices (Get a Dripper Tho'...Don't Try Filling a Tank With 1ml. & Cleaning Out For the Next One!) Again, IMO, Tobacco Juices Can Vary SO Much & I Can Only Really Get on With the Ones That are Produced by Steeping Tobacco, in Order to Get the Subtleties of Flavour......Which is Why I'm Now Steeping My Own! Oh, LiQuid's 'Virginia', British Tobacco' & 'American Lite' are Good for the Money (Guess How Much?...) G/L...This Was My 1st Question When I 1st Started Vaping too!!

I was a readymade smoker and initially I thought I'd NEED tobacco flavours... I soon found out that it was the LAST thing I needed, I probably vaped less than 1ml of the stuff before I moved on to NICE flavours

Only concs I have seen are artificial ones. Vary rarely vape tobacco flavours but recently found black tobacco from onepoundeliquid and it was great. Have some welsh pipe concentrate from DV I made up a while bk. Its rather Moorish.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you ever get in to mixing your own liquids (recommended... will save you a fortune) Golden Rollie flavour concentrate by Flavour Arts is a good one. Also for a premix liquid i would recommend this www.ecigwizard.com/e-liquid/vermillion-river/kentucky-vanilla-blend.html. Lovely smooth tobacco flavour with a moreish vanilla twang to it

Puros from house of liquids is as near to a true tobacco flavor as you can get. I've tried a fair few tobacco flavours and the puros has been my ADV for the last 6 months

Once again I'm quite overwhelmed with all the kindness and help on this forum! Many thanks for all your replies guys - given me some food for thought as I continue learning!
Actually, on the subject of "food" do E-liquids "kill" the taste buds like conventional smoking does? A few years back I was in hospital for 3 months and "stopped" smoking during that time (stopped but not given up - there is a difference). I have to admit that food started to taste really wonderful and I'm hoping the E-Cigs will have the same effect? What do you think guys? Anybody think food tastes better now?

Taste will improve while vaping, as much as when quitting cold turkey. Taste and smell came back to me in a massive way after about 6weeks iirc. I was gobsmacked when it happened, couldn't help but tell everyone on here about it And it's still improving now, just the little nuances I never noticed as a smoker.

mikemichelle as Ripshod says, taste & smell do come back in the same way as when last stopped smoking Mind you, there might be times you regret being able to smell things again For instance, this morning I was in a queue &a very smart looking man came & stood behind me - he reeked of tobacco smoke. It still shocks me to think I must have smelt like that
