hmm it's not a great thing if your my hubby... I can smell his beer a mile away now. So it's banned from the living room lol. At this point he asked me if I wanted to go back to ciggys lol

Hi Esme and all,
I have bought the same kit as you with the menthol juice and am sitting here at work vaping away!! Like you I have noticed you dont need as many drags on the ecig and the thought of not taking in all those harmful chemicals is liberating!!
Today I have given away all of my smoking stuff so no more analogue ciggies for me!!

Hi Jacci

Its quite good the menthol isn't it? I didn't think it would be this tasty, its a lot better than the JP, Sterling and other menthol cigs. And yes it feels good to know that there is no harmful chemicals going into the body or the air.

Lol I have my e-cig on my desk just in case I need to vape. Mind you I'm the boss so what I say is law! I cant believe how easy it is, especially this morning when usually I would have had 4 "analogues" before leaving, I think I had 6 inhalations on the e-cig before leaving and just had 2 since arriving.

Yes I am topping up with water, in between the coffee, probably be running to the loo every 5mins lol.

Just wondering if there is a thread about that we could post in to keep motivated, although the whole forum is doing that, perhaps a thread just to keep us going....... Mods is there one?

Good girls jacci and esmecullen now go spread the word.
Dont worry if you do have a smoke it wont be long before they taste awfull and you'll stick with vaping I'm sure, with so many flavours from so many suppliers you will want to try them all (imo)
I still do tobacco ones but am trying allsorts now menthol being my favourite last thing at night and first thing in the morning (doesnt hit the throat too much)
the sweet ones and the fruit one are good too
