Hi Esme and Jacci, i'm new today too! Very pleased I found it as my kit came today and I got in a bit of a tizz!

I ordered 2 kits because at the price it was cheaper than buying spares separetely. I'm hoping to get on ok and then may move onto something with a bigger battery. i've only had 2 rollies today, 1 first thing and 1 when i got in a tizz with my new toy! Normally i would have around 5 before 10 oclock, then I just loose count!

I think NHS should sponsor this site!

Welcome to the forum, you will find lots of helpful people on here to ensure you get the best out of vaping. If there's anything you're not sure about, just post a question and someone will be able to help you out.

No question is too daft and although personally I'm no good at the really technical stuff (which isn't a problem cos there are loads of members that are), if you need any tips for the basic stuff like getting the juice to drip out of the bottle then gumball can confirm that I'm your go-to girl.

Two of those Titan kits should get you familiar with the basics - some people are perfectly happy with those little cig-alikes, others want bigger, stronger models - we're all different if we're not the same

My kit came today and wow is it easy to set up. I had visions of messing up but it was sooooo easy My last "analogue" cigarette was at approx 5.02p.m yay me!

I got the menthol e-juice with the kit and its just as good as the menthol cigarettes I bought, in fact its a more cooling taste to it and I've found even after this short time, I'm not getting what I called a "sticky" feeling in my throat. I've also noticed that I'm not taking as many drags on the e-cig as I would with a cigarette, if this is the benefit of vaping, then I'm all for it!

Other benefits I think will be no more smelly clothes and hair, rooms and kitchen bin will smell fresh, my Doc and Dentist will be pleased lol! And yes...... I will be able to indulge in bed

Congratulations Esme, so glad you're finding things easy, remember drink plenty of water your body will start to purge all those nasty chemicals (you might notice some changes) get ready to welcome back your sense of taste and smell and most of all I am sure you'll just feel better.
