I hadn`t heard from them about shipment so decided to raise a ticket to see what was going on and got that reply iLardyboy It could be that they had too many takers and I didn`t make the first cut, not sure really.

I initiated the communication with them iLardyboy, so I dont know how long they are going to sit on our money. This seems to be a bit of a trend in China, get some cash in from pre orders and use it to fund their business .... allegedly

I dont think there`s a problem with a refund, a small gift voucher as compensation was mentioned as well

Ordered K4 13rd Dec, they take money from PP 19th Dec, yesterday i opened ticket with full refund request and today i got this answer from the support:

Dear raw2sienna?

I have checked your order, it is ready for shipping now, for which, do you still want we refund for you?
