Seems this big boys toy is not all it's cracked up to be. Its a shame a high wattage tc board that works would be awesome but i thinks they havein a laff with the price And once installed the warranty is voided, that's more laughable than the price

Hey slackers, sorted out my ZNA, never read ohms right and battery life was poor. Needed a better ground. Made a copper plate and screwed it to the body twice, left enough wire so I can unscrew clean and tighten at any time, now reading every tank correctly and running like a dream Cut the plastic back cap and a few pieces of foam postioned to push the board square and improve the fire button, now works much better. Money shot... Work bench = my dining table, note ladies no baking trays or tea towels was harmed during this exercise.

Nice fix & write up letsavit, I got tempted to get one and put a DNA25 in it as would be a good match for the 18500 and if I ever do I will definitely copy you. BTW I'm loving the barryboys gallery you posted the other day there are some stunners on there! Is shed an acronym?

BTW I'm loving the barryboys gallery you posted the other day there are some stunners on there! Is shed an acronym? Been looking at Barry boys, haven't for ages, is a good laugh... "Shed Brit. slang for a crappy car, usually a hatchback, driven by a "Barry Boy". A popular choice of the acned teen as their first "wheels", sheds are often "done up" with bits of nasty body kit, aftermarket exhausts and - in urban settings - a thumping uprated music system. Shed owners often can't afford to put petrol in their cars so are commonly spotted on Friday nights meeting other non-driving shed owners in supermarket car parks to exchange advice on the best make of gaffer tape to stop bits of chrome and trim falling off their creations. See also acronym SOTW (Shed of the Week), a popular spot on the Barry Boys web site. Gav: "Wotcha got?" Kev: "58 plate Saxo." "Tmoz I'm gunna slam it and install a sub the size of your sista's ass". Gav: "Too sweet, I thought you were gunna get a Shed like a 106 ... needin an air dam for the front though" Kev: "Already ordered, as well as some pimpin side rails". Gav: "OMG ... your ride FTW"

Anyway no need for glue, need some foam to level the board out as the chips on the DNA40 want it to sit at an angle (to get the fire button and tactile buttons working properly) and a better ground as above...

You make it sound so easy, still think you should perfect your skills, just one more lol

I think davetherayon posted it and it was a VTTV of Dave Dorn doing a ZNA50 DNA40 replacement. ETA Looks like they have taken it down it was 18/12/14 and the show page is here, but video disabled and there is not a Haze Hour for that week on youtube.
