Have it at 150 W pre-heat, that is the software, Hammond 1590A 92.3x38.5x31mm, I doubt I'll paint it was considering Hammerite, but they age better in bear metal IMO. Not using magnets with a LiPo it needs protection from knocks or I may have got the CNC ModMaker box, but the risk of damaging the battery if it get dropped and the door pops off is too great IMO.

Mainly crunched the numbers before I bought the battery and the box letsavit, but didn't decide how to fix the board until yesterday afternoon and had to go and buy an M1.6 tap locally retail £26 (£10 cash). I used to do 1:1 drawings on graph paper, but not I am comfortable just doing the maths and the odd scaled detail drawing. I removed quite a bit of metal from the inside beforehand to make a bit of extra room for the wiring, it was always the wiring and 510 that would be the main challenge to get to fit.

Quite a bit smaller than the SX350 mini board and you don't have to use their rubbish PVC insulated wires, it only take up 10.3 mm in case width if the walls are 1.6 mm like the Hammonds and only 18 mm wide so you can do a thin box to.  The thick wires, connectors and 510 are the hard things to get in.

I have shortened the battery wiring and put a cut carto condom behind the screen as it was just some random foam that I shoved in before.
