I've been meaning to wean down my collection, but its been traumatic - I lost Tuesday in a blur trying to match up my tubes bells and bases! 7 hours and a major meltdown, so whats going up - will be each one, they are solid, dependable and lived in! and well loved..... I have all the individual photos so if you show interest I can send links
rrp on these is 96.50 euro and the philips posts cost an additional 12.20 euro > thats £84 a pop, without postage! Spheroid No.1 serial 0536 Polished, Old outline logo but its nice and strong - with updated v2.5 philips screws on base. No major marks, dings or scratches. The advantage to polished spheroids is a wee rubdown with autosol and they come back gleaming! I would describe it as; not pristine but neither is it battered to buggery! Will throw in a chunk of filler, sera wool and spare original thumbnuts posts plus spare o'rings. I have the full images if you need to see in detail, just ask!I'm looking for £46 f&f paypal delivered. SOLDSpheroid No.2 Serial 0614 Polished, Old outline logo and thumbnuts screws on base. This is a v2 version but its a bit fussy about driptips, its a squeeze for most (probably file down an o' ring?) No major marks, dings or scratches. The advantage to polished spheroids is a wee rubdown with autosol and they come back gleaming! I would describe it as; not pristine but neither is it battered to buggery! Will throw in a chunk of filler, sera wool and spare original thumbnuts posts plus spare o'rings. I have the full images if you need to see in detail, just ask! I'm looking for £40 f&f paypal delivered.
Spheroid No.3 Serial 1614Polished, newest logo but its a little marked and pitted around image, you can see on photos - with updated v2.5 philips screws on base. I have the full images if you need to see in detail, just ask!
Also asking £46 delivered f&f paypal SOLD
Again I reiterate, there's no obvious damage, dings or scrapes, they all work very well and look good, I am keeping 4 5 but these are surplus to requirements and well below normal classifieds prices. Oh and if you are interested in a specific spheroid, can you let em know by its number listed.....I'm easily confused

They have just brought out a version 3, but its a pull off bell rather than a threaded one, which I think is a backwards step? Also I was told that its still thumbscrew base and you have to still order the phillips screw posts
The earler model was a v2 and when people exchanged teh posts it was described as a v2.5 base (but everything else is the same) The v1 had some wiring underneath the base for earthing but I've never owned one of those. They used to only do polished but started doing brushed eventually and they changed the logo from an outline to a blocked in logo. Again it doesnt matter unless you are using on a matching GP mod

jackcustard My remaining spare is a nice wee thing, no nasty dings or gouges, its got the v2 base which is thumbnuts but tbh, if you see my tutorial on site as long as you put a drill bit in your coil and tighten thumbnuts with jewellery pliers its easy to set up. If you are deliberating, have a look at some videos on youtube and I can supply it with plenty of filler and a bag of spares. It's only other quirk - and yes I am brutally honest - is its fussy about what driptip will fit the bell. I did find a couple of stainless steel; ones that fitted but I've popped an acrylic one in on photo.
p.s If you are meaning ishys gizmo ( sold by naturevape) the button is actually polished - so a polished spheroid is a much better match. I know this because I had one, and sold on because I kept my microstick (which has a brushed button) which I hope you can see the differences on photo montage below

Aye mine was one of the first production ones from Ishy... I see what you mean about it looking good with the polished button. Not seen a silver microstick before only the black ones... Looks very nice

Must confess my 2 Spheroids are probably the only rebuildables I wouldn't get rid of jackcustard, well made and a doddle to coil . . . you can also use them just as a dripper to try out flavours, which is an added bonus. Money well spent on a Spheroid in my humble, nontechnical opinion.
