My Provari 3, that I've had for two months now, suddenly states that all batteries (including freshly charged ones) are empty / at 0%. I've tried all 3 battery sizes, with the same result. I haven't dropped it, or done anything strange whatsoever. It also gives the characteristic blinking button signal, that means that the battery is out.
I might add that the same batteries work perfectly in other devices.
Ideas anyone?

Worth giving the battery ends a quick clean as well, as they can also get mucky . . . Isopropyl Alcohol is a good thing to use on both.

It's not the batteries. I've even tried brand new batteries, with the same result. What is the best way to clean the contacts? I don't have any isopropyl alcohol handy at the moment. Can I use something else?

I found some isopropyl that I used for my camera a few years back, and applied with a cotton tip applicatoron on the top contact and the spring. No luck however. Still same message aboout the empty battery. It must get some power from the battery though, since it's actually able to tell me that the battery is dead.

You can also with a small screwdriver ( I find a Phillips one best ) carefully scratch away at any built up gunk on the Provari battery contact to see if that helps mikael. Failing all that, I'd get in contact with your Vendor as the device is only 2 months old and still in warranty.

you got any error message on the screen?
I do not have Provari 3, but in a nivel chip mod I had, there was an option "a function to limit the number of puffs"... one day I accidentally "played" woth this option and I could not vape... pressing the fire button and had the light blinking...

Thank you all.
Nope, no error message.
I've tried it all now... more or less surgically. Without success. I'll contact the vendor now. I've bought it from Vape Escape, and I've only had good experiences with them, so I don't think it will be a problem.

I'm sure your about to discover the benefit of buying from a reputable UK vendor.
