and it spreads so quickly with aluminium the whole box gets hot evenly, battery is still cool and these are almost the same size as my DNAs.

Interesting -V- some evidence of it getting hot before going postal, but I don't think it is something you would necessarily notice using it.

They should recall but I don't think they will take the hit reading the quantity they have now sold, not sure how big they are as a company but could it take them under doing a full recall? They should at least come clean and inform of what is causing the fault and if it can it be rectified or not. If it can then at least vaping and rip can do a guide for some, others maybe get there's done at a meet etc.

Like the video you posted vaperm i have the same opinion as that guy, love the design but battery is out and not in use, will stay that way until I know more or the case and buttons get used as a doner.

I don't know whether true or not, but supposedly there were rumours they were nearly going under just before the launch of the mini, it was supposed to be the life saver for the company after previous disasters on other models

decoy is there any noticable heat in yours? Vape like crazy then feel around that plastic cover.

tbh ive been trying to get it to fail and as yet no luck
havent noticed any heat build up even when i had to charge it of the usb at work tonight (forgot my batts ,charger,spair mod,wallet and butties not a good night lol)
i sooo want a excuse to fit a dna and poss a fat daddy 510 but i cant bring myself to rip apart a working mod spesh one that i likes this much and as yet still not sold on this temp thing
defo going to order another mini erl or 2 they awesome little attys spesh now i got the clapton coil in it(.25 wrapped with .16 was a wee bit of a sod to do but worth it )

VapingBad, does it look like the glue has melted a bit, I thought it should all be white/opaque, or are there two different glues used? I'm looking at the clear/golden stuff at either end. Certainly looks similar to what we've been seeing so far. It certainly shouldn't come away with the plastic cover like that. It's almost as if they've thrown these together without a care. Is the white hot melt there to hold the plastic cover on? As a safety feature it shouldn't be held with hot melt.
