I apologise now , for not reading the entire thread , but I have a problem with the Cloupor and charging , especailly considering other batteries and charging.

Now , cloupor say , DON'T charge through USB through a PC.Before and with the likes of Ego batteries we know to NOT use USB via a wall adapter ( most Ego battiers don't come with a wall socket ) because of the current output being to high for the battery , now we have a mod that totally reverses this and people wonder why people are getting confused.

I've said this before , but us vapers NEED an industry standard for charging batteries IN THE DEVICE , otherwise we are going to have a lot more accidents like this.Just to add , what if the device hadn't started to vent while being plugged in , but the device was very unstable.It could probably only take one knock in someones pocket for it to start melting and in someones pocket or bag be very dangerous , not to mention very damaging to vaping.

i hope cloupor will be refunding these people or not just sweaping it under the rug

I wouldn't hold your breath, they are not renowned for it, in fact from what I have read, they just seem to ignore the issues. The trouble this time is we all gave them the benefit of doubt, the form factor of the mini looked great,

Well i just wonder why folks would risk still buying these and hoping for the best am sure if they wait there will be another brand bringing something so small to table that aint a time bomb waiting to happen..

I had the old cloupor remember the ones that auto fired when they wanted glad i returned all 3 yes 3 were all returns and exchanges all had auto fire problem i was an unlucky monkey that fortnight

Probably for the best, the last thing you want at an early stage is equipment failing when your just starting out. Plenty of good regulated mods out there for example Isticks 20, 30w or even the 50w, IPV Mini and others.

I've cancelled my order from fasttech, there are too many other similar devices around since I ordered this, hopefully fasttech will get the smok xpro soon.

My IPV (not so) mini has been fantastic for the last 7 weeks still need a back or two though.

If anyone is hoping cloupor will honour the warranty don't waste a minute of your time they won't once they have the money they are not interested in dealing with you anymore. We have some great company's out there including many Chinese company's with good products cloupor isn't one of them and the sooner they go out of business the better for the vaping community we deserve better.
