I've decided to go with the Japenese cotton for now, I have the wires and some cotton on order so that should do me for a while, but after a few comments by Gregb on another thread I'm thinking RBA might be the way to go, I like the look of the Orchid V6 from FT, they look much easier to work with than little fiddly coils, plus I like to lung hit and it seems Protankii's are really good for that,,

Glad youve sorted it. If your new to coiling may well be worth trying the non res/res/non res wires available. Just wrap em round a suitably sized bit/rod and fit em back in. Takes the guess work out of it and gives a consistent ohm coil with minimum effort.

If I'm honest, I think it's more than likely the grommets, and just to reiterate, if anyone knows a good source of silicone kanger grommets, please share, pleeze Seeing as it's you GJ. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321417018910?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITIf I remember correctly this chap has 2 types of grommets, which if you message him to specify your preference, he'll oblige. I also give the underside of the chimney & the grommet itself a good clean when I change coils, it's amazing the amount of claggy residue that can build up on them. Alas Perpetua that item number comes up with an error Don't suppose you have a link to the vendor himself? I'm carp at finding a vendor rather than a product on fleabay

Hi mowjo. If you are thinking of a new Tank then I can tell you that I got a Kayfunalike from Fasttech after taking loads of advice from folk on here, and other Forums. It's a Clone, but a 1:1 and has been around for a couple of years, so well road tested. I moved on from iClear 30s, which I still use, to this www.fasttech.com/products/3028/10006473/1700500 to which I added a Custom Top Cap to aid re-filling.I've been Vaping 18months or so, and use Drippers in my leisure time, but the move to a tried and tested RTA (Re-buildable Tank Atomiser) has been an astounding move on. As easy to coil as Drippers, adjustable Airflow, a Stainless Tank that holds over 3.5ml of juice and spares are available. I'm going to order a couple more with next months Vape Budget!

Mmmm! spoit for choice, the problem is everyone seems to have a different one they like, luckily I don't have any problems with clones, I'm going to try the Orchid 6 first as I saw a couple of great reviews on it, but as I'm finding out you can spend quite a bit finding stuff you like, you mention the Custom top cap, can you get them for Orchids? the one thing I don't like about most of the good RTA's is they are bottom fill and I just know with my fat fingers I'll loose the little fill screw,

Alas Perpetua that item number comes up with an error Don't suppose you have a link to the vendor himself? I'm carp at finding a vendor rather than a product on fleabay How odd GJ as it was most certainly live when I posted the link . . . it's also disappeared out of my watch list, which makes me wonder if the listings have been pulled for whatever reason. I can't dredge up the Sellers name right now, though there's another thread on the Rebuildable Board (?) that I'm fairly certain mentions him by name . . . . in the meantime I'll carry on dredging the memory bank!

It was live when I first looked, but when I went back to order some it'd gone Vendor was something like 52_Degrees_South but can't find them. However, due to a kind member on here, it looks like the issue is being resolved
