It'll keep flooding without that o-ring, assuming you mean the one in the top section of the chimney/drip tip. I can't think of anything to suggest other than what's already been said.

I think arron is your best option, he has the spare parts to hand.

Just tried to build it and the grubscrew hole in the positive post is drilled off centre, so much it won't grip the Kanthal. Ha ha effing ha

Just a thought fartvaper. Did you get a v2 from one of the group buys? Tried swapping parts yet? So long as the threads match it shouldn't be a problem.
