gotta say my V5 has grown on me, mainly because of the wide clearance around the threads and the ability to remove the top for access/cleaning/etc.

If I need more oomph, I just turn it up

Agreed the V2 was the best, the tube was more robust and you could still buy solid metal rather than plated, the later ones are so thin and they tarnish so quick. Still for a tenner, flippin eck! Why wouldn't you? The Vamo I reckon is still many people's game changer, it was mine and Mrs Poo's, but she did get through five of them in a year!
