Got one, it's ok. Feels a bit light in comparison to the Clouper mini, but no reports of it going into meltdown. I put mine in charge this afternoon and the battery icon was showing about half full. When I uh fed it in, it said 88% charge, went up to 98% within 10 mins, then stayed in 98% for well over an hour. Charging issues aside, great mod, great battery life, but I still prefer the Clouper xxx

You have both and much prefer the cloupor?

I do, but with the worry about the Clouper going into meltdown, I couldn't recommend it, but it's smaller, feels much better made and easy to change batteries

Still have a dilemma on my hands I think. Maybe I will cancel and keep the funds for the next big (little) thing

I cancelled my Cloupor Mini because of the melting board issue, was going to plump for the Sigelei Mini instead but am going to hold off for now as i see they've already upgraded the IPV Mini to a 70watt chip so i'm pretty sure they will do the same with the Sigelei soon too.

No complaints about how it works though, but for hand feel, the Clouper wins hands down. The M65 feels a bit like painted plastic, whereas the Clouper is a nice cold metal. A bit like the SID compared to the ZMax.

OK, follow-on question, is it worth waiting for the MVP3, due to land at a vapeshop near me in the next week? Not sure about all this, but want something which is hassle-free and can't afford £90 for a top-end 150W (who needs that much power anyway!?) box mod. I'm really not sure where to go here guys, what is your advice? I have about £60 ready to spend, but want to make sure I punt it in the right direction.

I'd still go for the Smok over the MVP. It's smaller, lighter and you can replace the battery when needed. All that and up to 65 watts - far more than most of us need. I'm just still smarting over the Clouper issues, as without them, it would be the perfect mod for me

I have about £60 ready to spend I just know I should have been a teacher! I'll be interested in your decision, if only to dream about it. Jim

chykensa, I will contact the customer who has the Smok box mod and see if she can come to the shop on Friday. The MVP3 is due to arrive on Tuesday, you are more then welcome to have a good try on it to help you make your mind up.
