vapefest 2015. who, when, where LIST

I am bringing my camera as hoping to get some video for my channel and maybe a few short interviews with some vendors. Frogster (The Alchemist) i hope you may give us your thoughts on vapefest for a video?

So i can take as many pictures as we all want.

BBQ = splendid idea dagl !!! Who wants the responsibility of running it? Need a firm commitment of bbq , charcoal and utensils. Those wanting to eat bring their own food to cook?
BBQ needs to be minimum a foot off the grass

It will be put up every day, only for it to be found collapsed in the morning as usual. Come along, preferably with a chair, but I'll bring all I have (IIRC 4 or 5) so don't worry if your not driving you are still very welcome.

Less than 20 minutes you have to come. All free, specail AAEC marquee and chrisjw can do you an AAEC name badge so we all spot you.
