We have the quote for the marquee and furniture. As the list stands with money in and to be paid, we are £50 short. This is not including hire of tea urn and electric.
If anyone has a mains plug large urn we can borrow for the weekend, that would be an enormous help.
Anyone attending this event from this forum, please consider donating £10 towards the cost.

Deposit paid on marquee this was £775 total with furniture for the two days. With all promised and paid donations, we have £730. Electricity is £30 and a tea urn could be extra, depending if I can borrow one or not. Might have to hire that.

Come on guys! I'm stressing here! Can we do the piss taking later after I know what's coming or not? Please?!?!
Im doing my best and I'm totally winging this and I know I've asked a lot considering the actual fest is free and I really do appreciate everyone's generosity. I just want it to be a success and stress less on the day for everybody but mainly me!
