CIGABUY customer service - sayin nowt :(

It is robby...I just asked Cigabuy a question via the chat option and I think they misunderstood what I was asking (in perfectly plain English) and they got a bit confused and said it was ok the will give a full refund??? 10 mins on chat to sort it out and explain I didn't wish to cancel I just wanted to know if two items were in stock! quite entertaining tbh

But how much was the chip? A lot more than $10, shouldn't they be refunding the whole amount or at leat sending you a replacement chip?

And a little update from my order which is now canceled...it seem that's what they wanted! what a complete waste of time. I only ask when my order would be sent and they got all shirty with me...it actually turned out they don't have any stock even thought the web site claims all items where/are in stock so be aware the stock status means nothing!

Despite my request for a refund or a credit, they have sent me another one without my knowledge. Having seen the only other review which states that it doesn`t work , I didn`t want that. I only got word about that today, three or four days after I asked for credit or a refund .  I forsee another battle in a few weeks time
