It is not the post office fault. The display is made from a very thin piece of glass and broke because it was not in a small box. If it had been packaged properly it would not have broken. Please refund my money, it is your packing department`s fault.

No, that is totally unfair, you are only giving me $6 off the mod when I paid much more for the dna40 chip. None of this was my fault, it was very badly packed. Can you refund my money please. I dont mind paying the difference in price between the 2 items, but what you offer is very unfair.

I am an electronics engineer, and even with a good display the soldering would be almost impossible and would cost much more than the value of this.
Can you please refund me for it. It was packed badly. It really should have been sent in a small box not loose in a jiffy bag.

Hello Flora Please see the two pictures of the damaged chip board. A video would be no use as the DNA40 board is broken in transit as it was not protected in the jiffy bag.

I ordered a dna40 chipset and 4 10ml bottles of Hangsen Virginia
flavouring. The flavouring is fine, but the chipset display is broken.
It should have been sent in a small box, not with no protection. It was
just in a small plastic bag. The display is very easily damaged and has
got cracked in transit. I have tried to connect it to see if it still
woks but the display just stays blank. I need a replacement.
