I didn't post video clips scylla, I just took screen grabs.

Thanks for the clips - smashing to watch but watching live takes up far too much time - my house becomes a dustbowl.

I won't be sorting out that video, it's all black screen My software has gone wrong, went on the support forum and I'm not the only one, so it's a big worry, hope they haven't been hacked or gone bust cos I paid for 2 licences >

Am testing out another program but it's clunky.

What software and what do you use this software for Scylla?

Debut Video Capture Professional for recording the screen; Freemake Video Converter for editing/uploading.

Have just experimented and found that if I use .flv for recording the eagles it's OK. Was using .avi, which had been fine up till now ???

The microphone at the owls' nest always goes wonky when Mama or Pete deliver.

I'd posted a still of Littlun showing that his right eye looked injured, and Pete obviously saw it and checked it out when he delivered the Pete'za. Sadly, I couldn't catch the prey being deposited because the stream froze - possibly frightened rigid by Littlun's fierceness ;-)




The owlets have got very familiar with Pete climbing up 40ft to their nest (it's an "ordinary" ladder, Pete is the star of Starr Ranch ). Here you can see Pete test Littlun for body condition and he has to gently shove the owlets back to make room for the prey delivery. Someone coined "Pete'za man" and it stuck. The occasional screeches come from Mama nearby.
