Kirsty, as you say, she chose you So that's what she keeps doing Out of my nine cats, 4 of them will instantly greet visitors. Of the rest, another 4 will say hello especially if there are treats being offered, but one, Kiki wont be seen for dust. Yet the minute the visitors leave she comes running to me for a cuddle. She, like some other cats is a one person cat

I always have litter trays down so they can use them instead of pooing in other peoples gardens.

I always have litter trays down so they can use them instead of pooing in other peoples gardens. wish my neighbours would put some thought into it we have a cumunal, garden fenced our dog in but the're two dog three kittens and one cat think they can go anywhere we had to ask permission to keep our pet but they just keep adding to the're menagare without a thought to me and the other residents. they dont even live together officially and i am paying for them to do what they like enough is enough. Rant over.

Ah, so this is now a poo thread?
My poor dog has had diareaha (sp?) for a week now. It's been so bad I think I'm now immune to the smell. Cost a fortune at the vets but thankfully he seems slightly better today which is good cause the vet said that if he got any worse they were going to admit him and put him on a fluid drip!
It doesn't seem to be bothering my cat though, it's not put her of her food or anything which is a pity cause she is very fat!
the joys of pet ownership!

cats, garden, poo, now whos garden shall I catapult it too I don't believe Cats poo , I have never seen my cat do it , the parents dog does quite frequently in the kitchen, Think I tempted fate by posting this I had the pleasure of cleaning up half digested mouse of the door step this morning ok it had come out the "other end" but still not pleasant . Karma re dog as part of the introducing the cat to the dog exercise we had to do last year when the stray decided to live with us we used to share treats with the pets, the cat treats gave the dog terrible diarrhea due to the amount of protein in them don't suppose your dog has any access to the cats food does she? Vet bills our wee doggy has an inoperable tumour in her bladder, so apart from pooing and peeing every where she has very expensive medication I was going to pay for it when I took the puss for her annual jags but it was over £90 so I left it for my parents to pick up the following day.... TBH the dog should be dead by now, but the meds seem to keep the pain away so until she is in so much pain that its cruel to keep her alive she will continue to cost my parents a fortune! It is a worry when they are on holiday though and she is sleeping but not snoring I have to keep waking her up to check she's still alive

My dog has a sensitive tum at the best of times but he did steal some catfood last weekend and then later my DH gave him a big bit of steak fat. so these things seemed to have triggered it. The worrying thing was that he didn't eat anything for 3 days but was still producing copious amounts of runny poo. I had to pay £60 out of hours fee yesterday to get the vet to look at him then injections and tablets on top of that and i'd only had him in the day before! I'll need to keep away from this forum, can't afford to be tempted by shiny things! it's horrible watching your pets suffer

Vets' fees are a sensitive topic here > You'll find plenty of sympathy {{{Kirsty}}}. Also re the difficulty of parting with dearest unwell pets Don't stay away, Karma, just stick to the Lounge
