Now I find a feckind dizzy code - DPV50

It's an 18650 mod geordie_vaper. There's some speculation on FT that the chip is the same as the Smok 50.

It takes a single 18650 geordie_vaper. Fasttech have it, albeit more expensive and only in silver, but more details and pictures.

I was uming and ahing over this before the chinese new year but never hit the buy button. Have just ordered with Gearbest for less than $30 with tracking, so thanks buggritt for the heads up and dissie code

I'll give it a few weeks before the battery replacement screws strip the threads in the housing, p1ss poor design IMO.

It looks great but I just soooo can't see the point of screws for a battery cover. I'd lose the hex key within five minutes. Surely it's not that hard to stick one of the many proven alternatives on there instead? It just turns me straight off when I see hex screws in Drippers never mind having to fanny on just to swap the battery out.

Not sure exactly Des as the confirmation doesn't give the breakdown, but I paid the extra couple of dollars for tracked delivery and my total was $29.98

Well, it would be rude not to at that price! Compares well with a iStick 30W and this one is 50W

A 2500 mah battery lasts me the day, so screws on the cover - while not my preference - aren't a deal breaker. I will probably charge this via usb.
Toondog, what sort of bloke is daunted by a few screws?

I'm not sure I like the look of it, but I've ordered one to try. Most definitely rude not to at that price.

Whack a FT Sammy 25R in there and I've got a little setup that I wouldn't be too gutted if I broke/lost at VF.

I'll probably grab a second one if they turn out to be ok
