If the mod has a battery in it it could be a couple months. No battery then 3 weeks is about normal

How long is a piece of string? So many factors like stock status when ordered, shipping options, etc etc, there is no predicting how long they take that's why most of us just resign ourselves to ordering and forgetting. With regards logging in is there a reason you can't use the forgot password link to recover or reset your password?

If you can recall the email address you used, then use this link to reset your password www.fasttech.com/account/helpDelivery has a bunch of factors.... - If there was a battery then it will take forever as air freight is out (I think).
- If the product is marked "in stock" or "ships next day" means that will almost certainly happen...
As you move down "3 days" / "5 days" / "7 days" the likelihood of it moving to packing within that timeframe becomes less and less (but still pretty high).
- Shipping method.... Depending on what you selected, it may take between (wow) eight days and (eek) 30 days...
Shipping methods are: - Regular Air Mail FREE (up to 30 business days in transit)
- Registered Air Mail +$0.16 (6 to 20 days in transit typical)
- EMS Speedpost Global Express +$23.10 (4 to 9 days in transit)
- Registered Airmail via Singapore Post +$0.16 (6 to 20 days in transit typical)
- DHL Express +$34.65 (note possible surcharge for remote delivery areas)
- Registered Airmail via China Post +$0.16 (6 to 14 days in transit typical)
- Registered Airmail via Swiss Post +$1.16 (13 to 25 days in transit typical)
- United Kingdom (UK) Express ePacket via China Post +$2.66 (9 to 14 days in transit typical)
- Registered Airmail via Malaysia Post +$0.16 (13 to 25 days in transit typical)
- Registered Surface Mail via Hong Kong Post +$0.16 (45 to 60 days in transit)
- Registered Airmail via Hong Kong Post +$0.16 (12 to 20 working days in transit typical)
Note that some of the charges are because my test basket contained less than ten dollars epacket is brilliant and I haven't been let down by it. I've seen Singapore, China, Malaysia and Swiss all take less than eleven days. If it's not moved to packing, then depending on what you've ordered (urgency and saving) you might be well served to cancel and ask around for a reputable cheap UK supplier.

What tomj777 said @yavape What did you order? and you NEVER need a second account, you MUST use the one that is attached to your Paypal account otherwise you will get all sorts of problems keeping track of stuff

I'm getting really fed up now because I tried the pass word recovery last week and it didn't work it's like the account never existed. I've tried emailing them off PayPal so just totally ignore me so what can I do nothing because I had to make another account because I had to order something else and I wouldn't mind if I'd forgotten the password it this is the password I know off by heart there is no way it could be wrong when I fill in a password and I go over it and over it it had a battery and I didn't know you had to wait months if they had a battery in and I can't cancel it because I don't I know if it's been moved to shipping or not yet Will I at least get it one day? Because my address is linked to my PayPal and I have an order number and they've taken the money weeks ago there a quick about that as long as I'm going to get it I'm just going just going to have to ignore it now I wouldn't of ordered if I knew it took that long I thought three weeks

Are you desperate for it? Never order from China if you are. Sorry, bit like shutting the stable door after the horse had bolted but you can't rely on their prompt shipping arrangements. I've learnt the hard way, very similar to this situation. It will turn up eventually. One thing you could try is ... open a dispute from PayPal transaction. That should give you details of shipping

What Emails have you received from Fasttech. You should have got an Order Confirmation and an Order Shipped both giving an order number and the Order shipped should also have a tracking number. Click on the tracking number and tell us what comes up. Also an email from PayPal with the receipt. It may be another week before your order arrives as it's only been a fortnight since you ordered it and It will depend on the date it shipped.

@yavape Just a little thought.... I had a similar problem in the beginning, I use a gmail account and Paypal had used the full googlemail address, FT wasn't clever enough to realise that they are the same

Q makes a very good point. In the confirmation email, you should be able to view the mail header and see how the email address was formatted. Another alternative is to create a new account with the email address you expect to work. Populate it with the same details. Then create a support ticket using the order number you were sent in the confirmation email (check - did you get a confirmation email?). Create the message using simple sentences, asking for the ticket to be transferred to the right group for resolution. Tom
